I want to thank you for the service you have afforded to our company over the past seven years. Whether it was repairs to our vehicles, preventative maintenance, or body repairs, you have always met or exceeded our expectations. I am not referring to only the quality of the work done. I am also speaking of the value of the work done. For the money, I don't think I could find a better company to do our work.

Trust, too, is a part of that value. We never have "surprises" when we come to pick up our vehicles. When you discover things we had not discussed when originally ordering the work, you have been great about calling to let us know what you have found and whether we wanted to proceed.

Dear Denny and the Riverfront employee staff,

I would like to thank you for your recent work on my vehicle. I had the occasion to use your services over the week of Christmas when I was involved in a small accident that caused damage to the front and rear of my vehicle.

Everything about my experience went as smoothly as it could possibly go, from the rental of another vehicle to the phone calls from your employees, to the prompt service to the actual work done. My car looked wonderful when I picked it up. In fact it looked much better than it did before the accident. I need to bring it to you occasionally and let you buff and wax it, I guess.

The best part of the experience was the confidence and security that I felt when I showed you my car, Denny, on the Saturday the after the accident. I left feeling as though everything was going to be taken care of and that you would see to it that it was taken care of. Thank you for that.

In recent years I have experienced a trend in the auto collision repair business that does not meet customer satisfaction. The use of poor quality replacement parts and paint matching to messy fabrication of interior frame corrections is very evident and inexcusable,

I have always been particular with my vehicles through the years and have placed very little confidence in auto collision repair shops. About 5 years ago I carefully inquired about a shop to help restore a truck I was working on. I wanted a first class body repair and paint job.

I was pleased to see the results of the finished job done to my truck at Riverfront Collision. It turned out just beautiful. Even today it has the appearance of a fresh paint job. The quality control was amazing during the entire procedure.

Since that time I have had other vehicles (mine and my children and their children) to be repaired by Riverfront Collision. Each time with satisfactorily results. I know of no other collision repair service I would recommend....The two locations in the Augusta area are clean with highly skilled personnel and excellent service. None better......Just like the Corps: 1st Class.
